Steve Negron

Since 1979, Steve Negron has been answering the call to duty in both private and public sectors. A retired Air Force Officer, Steve started his own small business, Integron LLC, building on his expertise as a leader in the Defense Industry at Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics Corporations. He and his wife, Terry, have lived in Nashua for 28 years, where they have raised three children. In addition to representing his Nashua neighbors in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, Steve is an active community leader in his church, the local business community and youth athletics.

Steve’s initial assignment was as an ICBM Missile Combat Crew Member at Whiteman AFB, MO, followed by an assignment to Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, finally being assigned to the Directorate of Requirements, Air Force Space Command, in Colorado Springs, CO. Steve retired from the U.S. Air Force in June of 1998.

After retiring, Steve joined GTE Government Systems, Communications Systems Division, in Needham, MA. Steve was responsible for all future AF business for the Division. Steve then joined Lockheed Martin Mission Systems as a Program Manager for the Integrated Broadcast Service program. He then became the lead Business Development Manager for Mission Systems in the Boston area. In December of 2001, he became the youngest Corporate Business Development office manager in the Lockheed Martin Corporation. He was responsible for identifying, pursuing and capturing over $7 billion dollars of opportunities in the Greater Boston area. During Steve’s tenure as the Director of the Boston Corporate Office, Lockheed Martin had a greater than 80% win rate. Steve then became the Program Manager for the Command and Control Constellation (C2C) Program at ESC before leaving Lockheed Martin and founding Integron, LLC.

Steve graduated in 1983 from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and received an MBA from Western New England College in 1996. Steve is a Certified Level III DOD Program Manager as well as a Certified Level II DOD Systems Planning, Research and Development Manager. Steve is also a Qualified Program Manager within Lockheed Martin.

Steve is currently a State Representative representing Nashua District 32, Nashua Ward 5. Steve serves on the Election Law Committee, and is the Committee Whip. During Steve’s term he heard almost 900 bills on the floor and over 50+ in his Election Law committee.

Steve is very active within his community. He is a Member of the Board of Advisors of World Academy, Religious Education Teacher for Immaculate Conception Parish, Charter Organization Representative and Former Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 410, Knights of Columbus Council 13904, Immaculate Conception Parish, Past President for the Paul Revere Chapter of the Air Force Association (AFA), Past Chairman of the Board for the North Suburban Chamber of Commerce, Former Assistant Wrestling Coach for Nashua Catholic Regional Junior High School, Nashua City Girls softball coach and City Girls All-Star Coach and Former Little League Baseball Coach for the Nashua South Cal Ripken League.
